This project was a renovation of an existing home. It features a stunning transformation of the front elevation from a tired old house into a youthful and vibrant new elevation with steel, glass, slate, and warm cedar wood accents. The house faces a beautiful park overlooking the skyline to the city.

The transformation gives the house a new lease on life and substantially increases the value in the context of the neighbourhood and curb appeal.

There was the challenge of an existing “reverse-slope” driveway and filling in the garage as new living space. This required that we attend a Committee of Adjustments hearing for zoning approvals.
