This was a “full-gut” renovation and rear addition with extensive structural work and waterproofing, transforming a tired old house into a new, well-built family home. We obtained approvals from the City of Toronto for the added areas.

We re-planned spaces in the basement, ground floor and second floor with all new finishes. The rear addition is clad in warm cedar wood and metal accents.
