This project was a transformation of a tired, old house into a new, accessible, and well-built family home. It involved a complete gut renovation and a rear addition with underpinning and waterproofing. We obtained approvals from the Committee of Adjustments for the added areas and new garage. There were also some re-planned spaces in the basement, ground floor and second floor.
