My Story

As both a licensed Architect (OAA) and a Real Estate Sales Representative (RECO), I bring a rare dual perspective to every project. This blend of design expertise, technical knowledge, market understanding, and development experience allows me to assess property potential holistically—from concept and zoning analysis to approvals, construction, and long-term value.

At Lindy Consulting Limited, I focus on delivering personalized architectural solutions that respond to each client’s needs and aspirations. My residential portfolio includes bespoke homes in Lawrence Park, Rosedale, Forest Hill, Lytton Park, and throughout the GTA, along with numerous penthouse and condominium renovations in iconic buildings such as The Four Seasons (50 Yorkville) and One Bloor East. I have also designed and consulted on a variety of commercial interiors, boutique developments, laneway houses, and mixed-use projects.
I believe that architecture is both creative and practical—a balance of vision, precision, and thoughtful execution. I work closely with clients, consultants, engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure that every project is thoroughly planned, carefully coordinated, and beautifully realized. Whether navigating approvals, reviewing construction details, or helping assess the development potential of a property, I take pride in being involved at every stage.
