We hired Lindy Architect through a recommendation and we found him to be the right fit for our project. The scope of our work was quite extensive and included an open-concept main level and kitchen with an exterior deck and walkout, re-planning of the basement, and renovations on the second floor. He has provided us with fantastic architectural advice, and has worked well with the rest of the team. He is very knowledgeable in structural issues and energy efficiency as well as how to obtain city permits quickly and efficiently. We had absolutely no issues with the city permits which I was expecting after everything else I have heard. Steven helped us greatly starting with 3D renderings providing several options for the design of the space. He then quickly translated those into detailed permit drawings for Toronto building permit approvals. If you are starting the daunting task of getting into home renovations, you should definitely consider Steven for the job.
